Delivery Information
All orders received before 6 pm will be despatched the next available delivery day, with the exclusion of public holidays.
For Ireland, our standard delivery service will be within working days Monday to Friday.
A signature may be required on delivery. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange to collect the item from your local depot.
Checking My Order Status
For all domestic deliveries within Ireland & Northern Ireland, we partner with An Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the An Post tracking number.
For International orders, we will do the same providing you with a tracking number from either DPD or DHL Express.
Delivery Charges
Ireland & Northern Ireland
We deliver to anywhere on the island of Ireland with An Post for a flat rate of €6.95 (upto 20kg). This should take approx. 2-3 days to arrive. Free shipping on orders over €75.

Merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your country of residence. The Grey Heron is not responsible for any customs, importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
Click & Collect
We also offer a FREE Click and Collect service. When you're order is ready for collection, you will be sent a confirmation email.
Once you have added all your selected items to the cart, simply select the 'Collect from Store' option as your 'shipping method' and proceed to payment as normal.
We will confirm when your order is ready for collection and your order will need to collected during shop opening hours. Please don't forget to bring a printout of your order summary, or email confirmation, as proof of purchase.
Free Local Delivery
We're now offering free local delivery for people within 5km of the Bandon area. Minimum spend for this service is €30.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind about any item that you purchased, you can return it within 14 days after delivery for a full refund, excluding the shipping costs. Please contact us before doing so on hello@thegreyheron.ie.
If your order has arrived damaged or not up to standard, please get in touch within 24 hours of receipt. We will require photos of the item/items damaged and these can be sent to hello@thegreyheron.ie. Provided the issue is the fault of The Grey Heron, any returns will be at our expense.
